Dear MPSF Supporter,
After two successful years, we are profoundly excited for our third season of Madeline Park Shakespeare Festival this coming September 2024! Our ongoing mission is to make free, family friendly, and fun Shakespeare that is accessible to all El Pasoans. This year, we will be tackling the outrageous comedy, The Taming of the Shrew! If you’ve participated in the first two years of the festival, you know that we don’t charge for seats, we sell no tickets, and our market has no vendor fee! This means that fundraising is the Festival's main source of income. We are currently seeking sponsors to underwrite the 2024 Festival. We welcome sponsor ship at any level, but we ask you to particularly consider these crucial items:
$300.00 Stipend for a single Festival Performer
$500.00 Yard sign advertising expense
$600.00 Lighting Rental Package
$810.00 Pay for a skilled Lighting and Sound Technician for Festival Run
$1000.00 Director and Adapter Fee
$1680.00 Rental of all Microphones for Festival Run
The Madeline Park Shakespeare Festival is a public arts organization which would not exist without community support! All donations and sponsorship are tax deductible due to our 501(c)3 status. The Festival cannot happen without YOU!
