ZAP is back, and we want your help!

Directed by Hector Serrano, Eden Performing Arts (EPA) will produce Zapateados on August 10 and 11, 2024 at the Plaza Theatre.  Encouraged by last year’s very successful revival, this year we are adding a Sunday matinee. 

To be part of the excitement, please join us in spreading the word, buying a ticket, donating, adopting a dancer, sponsoring a sequence, and if you're feeling extra generous, be our presenting sponsor! All donations are welcome, no matter how small.

Sponsorships

We are looking for individuals and businesses who want to be part of Zapateados. We offer three levels of sponsorship and will gladly accept smaller donations through the GoFundMe website. 

Presenting Sponsor $10,000 

Sequence Sponsor $5,000 

Adopt a dancer $500

Because we believe the production will resonate with audiences across the border, we also plan to present it in Ciudad Juarez at a date and venue to be announced.

Sponsorship Details

Presenting Sponsor

• 50 tickets to the show (50 x $25 = $1,250 value) 

• Logo, name and mentions in all radio and TV spots, interviews, and promotions 

• Logo and/or name on all printed material, including flyers, posters, and program 

• Logo and/or name on all social media postings and on website 

• Logo on tee shirts and any other promotional materials 

• Link on website to company website, if desired 

• Mention in pre-show and post-show announcements 

• Logo projected onto stage curtain or back scrim before and after the show 

• ZAP Dancers* (Zapateados’s outreach company) will provide two complimentary performances (up to 20 minutes long) at a Sponsor event or another event of Sponsor’s choosing (normal fee $500 each x 2 = $1,000 value).  

Sequence Sponsor - up to 4 available

• 20 tickets to the show (20 x $25 = $500 value) 

• Logo and/or name on all printed material, including flyers and posters and program 

• Logo and/or name on all social media postings and on website 

• Link on website to company website, if desired 

• Mention in pre-show and post-show announcements 

• ZAP Dancers* (Zapateados’s outreach company) will provide one complimentary performance (up to 20 minutes long) at a Sponsor event or another event of Sponsor’s choosing (a $500 value). 

Adopt a Dancer - 20 available

• 4 tickets to the show (4 x $25 = $100 value) 

• Sponsor name on selected printed material, including program via QR code 

• Sponsor name on selected social media postings and on website 

• Sponsored performer* available to appear at an event of Sponsor’s choosing. 

*Performances and appearances by ZAP Dancers must be booked by 12/31/24 and are subject to dancer availability 

Zapateados is produced by Eden Performing arts, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization. All contributions are tax deductible to the extent provided by law.
